Protect your immune system with On Guard Essential oil!
I LOVE this blend of essential oil! Of all essential oil blends Doterra’s On Guard is one of the most powerful and useful oils. The combination of these potent oils of wild orange, clove, eucalyptus, cinnamon, and rosemary create a serious immune boosting punch that can prevent an illness to take hold in the body or help one heal much more quickly from an acute attack. Studies have shown the cleansing qualities of citrus oils which can protect against unwanted mold, bacteria, and viruses. As you can see, I use an ultrasonic humidifier to diffuse this amazing oil to purify the air of our home. I also use this blend in a spray bottle diluted with water for an all surface cleanser. The oil has a unique, wonderful aroma and is safe to use with your family from cleansing counter tops, door knobs to hands. You can add 3-5 drops into your tea for a healing delight! There are so many wonderful uses for this oil! On Guard in non-toxic and can disinfect any surface naturally. This truly is my favorite essential oil blend! It brings me lots of joy to know that I can protect my family and I naturally from harmful bacteria, chemically free and safely.

Kyran's Lil Monster 1st Birthday Bash!!
My lil monster just turned 1, December 19th!!! I cannot even believe it has been a year already!! It sure is amazing how fast time flies!
I have always enjoyed throwing fun, memorable birthday parties for my kiddos. Hey, they only have 1 birthday a year...why not?! :) I decided to have his party at the Little Gym. Perfect for the little ones! The theme was a no brainer. I always call him my lil monster because he likes to growl, chase me around and get into everything...but the only problem was I couldn't find any cute lil monster theme party accessories. So, I took it upon myself to find, create and craft his fun, cute lil monster theme party. Hope you enjoy a partial view of Kyran's Lil Monster 1st Birthday Bash. It was full of smiles & giggles! :)
Here are the birthday invites I made. Inspired by the cute little monster on his jammies. Definitely time consuming but well worth it. So much fun and pure cuteness!!!

The Back
The party began with all the little monsters in the gym. Playing on mats, riding the whale mat, swinging on bars, catching sugar bubbles, peek-a-boo under a parachute and jumping on an air pad. They all had so much fun.
After gym time, it was time for lunch and cake.
The theme colors were orange, light blue & lime green. I found party hat images online, printed them out and hot glued little puff balls on the top. I then punched holes on the sides and tied yarn through the holes. On the little cups, I taped googley eyes and added a cute striped paper straw. In the center of the table are monster smiles taped to straws. I found the images online and printed them out.
I would have to admit that I am pretty proud of this cake that I made!!! I love to challenge myself. ;)
The monster juice was a hit with the little munchkins.
Kyran had a BLAST!! He was full of smiles and giggles!!
After gifts it was time to go. Every child got to adopt a monster to take home. What a fun day.
Thanks for viewing!!

Fun at Silverwood Theme Park
What a great summer we are having, hope you all are enjoying your summer too! We have been staying pretty busy! Our daughter danced with her performing group at Silverwood Theme Park, Idaho. We absolutely have a blast every time we go! I highly recommend taking your family! We camp at the RV Park right next door to the Theme Park. So convenient, especially if you have kiddos!! You can leave to your camp site and return to the Theme park as many times as you would like, just don't forget to get your hand stamped. :) Our favorite thing to do is hang out in the lazy river, haha!! It seriously is so much fun. We like heading over to the rides after the hot sun goes down. There is nothing more exciting than to ride the roller coasters at night! This year our son went on his first upside down roller coaster called the Corkscrew! He LOVED it! We had to go on it about 10 times in a row with him. I know I am getting old when my head starts pounding and I start feeling dizzy and my son is still pulling on my arm wanting to keep riding! Haha! I had to keep up with him, though. I didn't want to ruin his fun because I am getting old! Lol! We stayed 2 nights but next year we are staying 3 nights. Silverwood is just too much fun! :)
I absolutely LOVE road trips and capturing the beauty of our earth.
My hubby & daughter are in the front row of the roller coaster. :)
My family FINALLY talked me into going on this roller coaster!
I will admit, yes, it was fun but scary too!!!!!
Silverwood Theme Park is Kyran's 1st vacation! He was awesome & had so much fun! Haha, as you can see my older son, Konen wasn't too sure about Garfield! :)
On our way home. Such a beautiful summer sunset!
